The property offers accommodation in the form of apartments that are well equipped with modern amenities. The accommodation is split into three distinct areas: the The Village Area at the heart of the golf course, The Hamlet Area, a quieter area between the beach and the main village, or The Lakeside Area, alongside the lake but close to the beach.

Situated in the centre of the village, Le Grand Bleu restaurant overlooks the Agay golf course and serves traditional cuisine.
